THE HOPEWELL CENTRE
The Hopewell Centre offers a haven and other practical and spiritual support to people facing one of life's greatest challenges, end of life. All involved with Hopewell are encouraged to explore issues of life and death, and to provide a service based on compassion, unconditional love and hope.
The parent organisation, Hopewell Hospice Services Inc, is an Incorporated Association (IA13351) and a Registered Charity (No. 1194) established and developed by Ms Deirdre Hanna (President) in 1993 with Rev. Dr Ian Mavor, OAM (Executive Director) and other committed parties.
As a local non-profit organisation, the organisation operates under the guidance of a Board of Management with Ms Deirdre Hanna as President and Rev. Dr Ian Mavor as Executive Director.
The Hopewell Centre is located with access from both Dunkirk Close and Allied Drive within the Arundel Community Precinct on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
The Hopewell Centre also provides a range of programs and services on behalf of Hopewell Hospice Services Inc which includes Paradise Kids and the Clare College of Transformative Education.
